The piece
Around Bikaner the Magra sheep grow a white carpet wool known for its lustre, and the best of it comes from only a few villages. Magra leaves that white as it is: undyed, hand-spun and knotted thick, with a sheen that moves as you pass. Shown as a rendering. Woven to order in Jaipur.
